We offer a 365-day return and exchange policy on most of our products. We stand by the quality and design of everything we make, so if you need to make a change, we're here for you every step of the way. All exchanges for a different color or size are free. 

Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.

Aka must not be used, altered, or washed.

For domestic (USA) returns, we provide you with a prepaid return label and deduct a $9.99 flat rate from your order total. 

Once we process your return at our warehouse, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping ($9.99).

For international returns, customers must pay the return shipping cost. Please bear in mind that it usually takes about 5 business days from the time we receive the goods for the funds to process.
